Who is Nick Bianco?

My name is obviously Nick Bianco, and I’ve been photographing in some sort of form for the past six years now. Three years ago I decided to create a separate instagram account to showcase some of my work that had been taken whilst travelling abroad, in the city and everything in between. Gradually my photography has evolved into a few notable genres. Street photography, night photography and portraiture.

I am based in Melbourne, Australia and regularly shoot in and around the CBD, as well as surrounding suburbs. My goal I suppose is to capture interesting images in ordinary, everyday situations. Peoples emotions, their stories, moments that wont be repeated and interesting scenes that have some sort of aesthetic quality to them. Scenes that most people don’t stop to take in or don’t have any real care for. These are for me what life is all about. Slowing down to appreciate the little things that go unnoticed.

I often at times don’t really know how I developed a passion for this, but knowing that there’s people out there that appreciate and feel some sort of way about the work I put out into the world keeps me striving to continually produce better content and build upon my skills for this beautiful craft.
